Latest News - 10/7/06  Clean sweep at Forres Games The band were delighted to win the “Bank of Scotland Tercentenary Shield” for presentation for the second year running and surpassed last years performance by winning the Forres Highland Games AAA Shield for marching. On the way home the international clientele of the Claymore Bar in Grantown were treated to an impromptu performance from the Towie mini band – with some very impressive performances from the guest drum majors and bass drummers! Latest News - 19/4/06 19:50 2005 proved a memorable year for Towie & District Pipe Band. Forres Games saw the band take home the “Bank of Scotland Tercentenary Shield”. The season ended on a high note at Braemar Gathering where the band won the “Pipe Band Championship Shield”.
